2-5 year's Experience Required
Home Improvement Finance Company located in Plano is seeking to hire experienced and motivated collectors for full-time positions.
We have a great work environment, casual dress code and a supportive and interactive management team. We have continued to grow our business since 1995.
Must have minimum of 2-5 years of experience in collections, preferably in charge-off or recovery
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries regarding charged-off accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements in compliance with company and legal standards
- Document all customer interactions and payment agreements accurately in the system
- Monitor account activity and follow up on broken promises or missed payments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while meeting collection goals
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve recovery strategies and performance metrics
- Dependability is essential
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- One Saturday per Month
Incentive plan available
Work in our Plano office (This is not a remote position)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience
Commission structure based on monthly performance
