Job Purpose
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for technology project coordination and implementation across the agency. They will communicate with leadership and other departments to identify inefficiencies, as well as ensure solutions are provided in an organized manner. These solutions will be followed through on by the Implementation Specialist and audited over time to provide optimal usage of these solutions.

Core Job Duties
- Coordinate agency-wide technology changes to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide structured roll out planning for new or changing technology.
- Work with leadership to identify areas where technology can provide improvement.
- Facilitate training on-site and remote for project rollouts and existing solutions.
- Provide internal QA (Quality Assurance) of technology changes, as well as external testing with staff.
- Create training material on new and existing solutions to provide staff learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with other technology department members to provide solutions.
- Follow up with agency supervisors to verify our solutions are being utilized fully.
- Assist leadership by identifying solutions to meet their technological needs.
- Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
- Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
- Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.
- Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
