Key Responsibilities
- Accepting and processing customer transactions;
- Providing customer service;
- Adhering to the Bank's security and compliance issues;
- Performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties as required;
- Generating customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.
Required
- A high school diploma or GED is required;
- Visual and auditory skills;
- Detail-orientated;
- Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills;
- The ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds;
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Prior retail sales or cash handling experience;
- Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, customer service and sales skills;
- Proficient eye-hand coordination;
- Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet;
- Demonstrated decision making skills.
