The Retail Brand Ambassador will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales team with the creation and implementation of customer acquisition retail campaigns for our client, Frontier Communications, as well as report sales progress and create customer relationships that are long-lasting, loyal and positive for the company. The Retail Brand Ambassador is the ideal position for individuals that are eager to learn fundamental skills in customer relationship management, campaign execution, sales strategies, while supporting the company’s efforts of growth and brand awareness for Frontier.
The Retail Brand Ambassador’s responsibilities are:
- Engage with potential customers in retail locations, showcasing Frontier’s products and services and identifying opportunities to drive sales.
- Actively listen to customers, address concerns and inquiries, building a relationship based on trust and collaboration.
- Adapt the company’s sales pitch to different scenarios and personalities, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Participate in company training to stay up to date with the latest products and services offered by Frontier, showing customers the benefits of the offered services.
- Collaborate and share best sales practices with other Retail Brand Ambassadors, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
What are the required skills and qualifications for the Retail Brand Ambassador?
- 0-2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, retail sales, or service industry positions.
- A high school diploma or similar certificate is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and upper management.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in this position, developing existing and new skills.
- A natural ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
- Ability to comfortably commute to our orifice and various retail locations in the Tampa area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
