What You'll Do
As a key part of our yard and logistics team, you’ll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll support traffic control crews by ensuring the yard is clean, materials are ready, and operations are flowing smoothly:
- Keep the yard organized, clean, and operating efficiently—your space is your pride!
- Pick and prep materials and equipment for daily jobs with accuracy and speed
- Organize, restock, and manage cones, signs, sandbags, and other traffic control gear
- Fill, stack, and inventory sandbags as needed for upcoming projects
- Assist with unloading/loading trucks and proper material placement
- Perform regular inventory checks and flag discrepancies early
- Communicate with the field team to keep jobs running on time
- Follow and enforce safety standards every step of the way
- Other tasks that may need to be completed
We want a team player who’s dependable, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment:
- Previous yard, warehouse, or construction experience (preferred but not required)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can take initiative and stay motivated
- Great communication and teamwork abilities
- Outdoor and indoor yard/warehouse environment.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
- Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
- Hours will be 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday with a 1 hour lunch
