What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle position at FC Parking and Hospitality Services?

MONDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY: 6:00am-6:00pm
2.5 Hours of PAID BREAKS and LUNCHES per Shift (only work 9.5 hours but PAID for 12 hours)
Courtesy Cart Drivers are the first point of contact for our guests. We provide on-site transportation in a luxury extended golf card. We start with a smile and warm greeting, then assist guests with on-site transportation. We help with directions and anticipate guests' needs to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

- Minimum 23yrs of age
- Minimum 5yrs continuous Driver's License experience
- License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed
- Minimum 3 years Shuttle Driver experience in a similar role
- No At-Fault Accidents within the last 5 years
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug related violations within the last 3 years
- Positive Teamwork Mindset!
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
- Clean-cut appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean motor vehicle report
- Be capable of passing a driving test
