Role Description
This is a contract role for a Coach, based on-site in Las Vegas, NV. The Coach will be responsible for developing and leading training sessions, and providing individual feedback to players. The Coach will also be responsible for learning our methodology, classes and material will be provided and attending USSF or UEFA coaching licensing requirements (paid by FC Extra), fostering teamwork, enhancing player skills, and maintaining a positive and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in coaching and player development
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Capability in fostering teamwork and enhancing player skills
- Knowledge of the sport's rules, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to drive and work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Sports Psychology, Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field is a plus
- Professional or Collegiate playing experience is a big plus
