What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver - FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE - $25 to $28/hour based on experience position at FC Delivery Inc.?
FC Delivery Inc., a FedEx Contractor operating out of our Burlington, WA station is looking for a qualified individual for a full-time delivery driver position. Days worked will be discussed during the interview. Your availability on weekends is a plus. Note that 6 days a week will be required during the Peak period of mid-November through the first weekend of January. Experience driving large vehicles in your career is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Some type of driving experience is required. A CDL is NOT required.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have had a valid driver's license for 2 years
- Must speak English
- Authorized to work in the US
- Clean driving record a must (3rd party vendor will pull your MVR)
- Clean criminal background (3rd party vendor will pull your criminal background)
- Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and random drug tests after employment starts. Any cannabis use, including edibles, will disqualify you from further consideration.
- Must pass DOT Physical
- Must pass Road Test
- Must be able to manipulate up to 150 pounds using a hand truck
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions
- Completion of all assigned delivery and pickup stops for the day
- Proper usage of hand held device to record all activity for the day
- Maintain security of all packages assigned for the day
- Daily Pre and Post trip vehicle inspections
- Completion of assigned safety training modules.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
For new inexperienced drivers, training wage is $22.00/hour, and includes driver training, helping drivers load trucks, helping a driver deliver while learning a route, and driving a route under supervision. Wage is $25.00/hour when you are able to handle a route independently. Experienced drivers who do not need training will commence at the starting wage or higher. Benefits begin when independently driving a route. Compensation for experienced drivers will be discussed prior to employment.
