Position Overview
FC Consulting is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support partner agencies on a contract basis.
In this role, you will provide BCBA-level clinical supervision, guidance, and oversight in alignment with DHS and EIDBI standards. You will work collaboratively with agency leadership, clinical staff, and FC Consulting to support documentation accuracy, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
This position is remote. Candidates may reside in Minnesota or out of state.
Out-of-state candidates must obtain Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure prior to providing services in Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA-level clinical supervision and oversight in accordance with DHS and EIDBI requirements
- Support treatment planning, clinical review, and supervision documentation
- Collaborate with agency leadership, clinical teams, and FC Consulting staff
- Provide guidance consistent with ethical standards and best practices
- Maintain active certification, licensure, and required trainings
Qualifications (Required)
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Minnesota LBA, or willingness and ability to obtain MN LBA prior to service delivery
- Experience working with behavioral health or developmental disability populations
- Working knowledge of DHS and EIDBI documentation and compliance standards
- Strong professional communication skills
