Qualifications
The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Qualifications
- 4–5 years of substantive and substantial employment litigation experience
- Experience providing advice and counsel on employment matters
- Experience with wage / hour compliance and defense, non-compete, confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements
- Experience representing employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal agencies
- Experience drafting position statements, settlement agreements, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements.
- Ability to assist with investigations, witness interviews, and provide detailed written memorandums.
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Texas licensure
The salary range for this role is $205,000 to $220,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Associates Are Also Eligible For
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
