The Denver, Colorado office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of Colorado litigation experience
- Experience with both employment litigation and commercial litigation is preferred
- Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
- Superior academic credentials with excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $210,000-$225,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
- Annual objective bonus
- Annual subjective bonus
