Position Summary
The Commercial Roofing Service Coordinator ensures that all service operations run efficiently and
professionally. This role involves scheduling technicians, managing work orders, maintaining
documentation, and coordinating communication between clients, vendors, and the internal team.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll help deliver a smooth, timely, and professional
experience for every client.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role that demands strong organizational, communication, and
multitasking skills. The Service Coordinator will manage platforms such as Centerpoint Connect and
client portals, ensuring all documentation, billing, and compliance requirements are accurate and up to
date.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- All service calls are efficiently scheduled and completed without delays.
- Clients receive proactive communication, ensuring confidence and satisfaction.
- Documentation (permits, warranties, COIs, and safety records) is complete, accurate, and submitted
on time.
- Billing and job costing are accurate, timely, and fully tracked.
- Centerpoint Connect and client portals are well-maintained and up to date.
- Service Manager and technicians feel supported, knowing all tasks are organized and on schedule.
- You remain calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Work Order Management:
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Track technician time, job progress, and completion status daily.
- Organize inspections, warranty visits, and equipment rentals as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication among customers, technicians, and service managers.
Client Communication & Service Requests:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests via email or client portals (Service
Channel, NetVendor, VendorCafé, Centerpoint Connect).
- Monitor and respond promptly to new service, bid, or inspection requests.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and documentation in Centerpoint Connect.
- Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and approval.
Documentation, Compliance & Safety:
- Manage and maintain safety records and ensure company compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate safety equipment logs, permits, and warranty documentation.
- Submit pre-construction paperwork and Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
Billing, Invoicing & Proposal Support:
- Prepare accurate invoices and ensure timely client payments.
- Assist with proposals, change orders, and job costing for financial accuracy.
- Monitor all service activity to ensure no unbilled work remains outstanding.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a service coordination, project administration, or similar role in
commercial roofing, construction, or related field. Experience with software such as Centerpoint
Connect, FCS, or Dataforma is preferred.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining
professional communication with clients and field teams.

Work Environment & Schedule
- Location: Ennis, TX - Remote with Management Approval
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-call for urgent client service requests after hours (handled remotely).
Compensation & Benefits
