- Developing and recommending sales forecasts and marketing plans, in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
- Identifying lead sources in your territory through past customers, influential community leaders, open houses, and other means.
- Assisting Sales Coordinators with media ad placement and strategy.
- Qualifying all opportunities passed on from Sales Coordinators and contacting them within 48 hours.
- Communicating the status of opportunities back to Sales Coordinators.
- Discovering customer needs and matching them with FBI capabilities, participating in design processes, and providing building specifications and drawings as needed.
- Working with Construction Teams to develop appropriate solutions.
- Fielding customer objections, closing sales, or following up with the next step in the sales process.
- Educating and advising customers on acquiring necessary building/lot information for local, county, or state permit requirements.
- Educating and advising customers on pre-construction site expectations.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers and other departments as needed.
