FBG Services is seeking a high-performing Market Manager to drive janitorial business development and customer growth across the Colorado market. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who excels at developing new business opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding janitorial services within commercial accounts.
The successful candidate will have experience in janitorial services, facility services, commercial cleaning, property management, or related industries and possess a strong network within the Colorado market.

What You'll Do
Janitorial Business Development
- Prospect, network, and secure new janitorial and facility service accounts
- Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities for recurring janitorial contracts and service expansions
- Participate in RFPs, bids, and customer presentations
- Collaborate with operations teams during start-up and implementation of new accounts
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers throughout the life of the account
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
- Identify additional service opportunities within existing accounts
- Support customer retention and long-term account growth
- Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions with operations teams
Market Leadership
- Represent FBG at networking events, industry associations, and community functions
- Build relationships throughout the Colorado business community
- Increase FBG's visibility and reputation in the market
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of business development, account management, or sales experience
- Janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or facility services experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing customer relationships and growing accounts
- Experience with RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations preferred
- Existing relationships within the Colorado commercial real estate, facility management, or property management community preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license required

Pay: $70,000–$80,000 base salary plus commission

Experience:
- Business Development or Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Account Management or Client Relations: 2 years (Preferred)
- Janitorial or Commercial Cleaning Industry: 2 years (Preferred)

- RFP/Bidding Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
