```Duties:```
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management system
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing stock
- Operate material handling equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a packer or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Excellent time management skills to meet productivity targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems
