The Associate Attorney is a full-time, on-site role located in Hartford, Connecticut. The attorney will handle legal cases by conducting research, preparing and filing legal documents, providing legal advice, drafting contracts, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary. The role requires collaboration with senior attorneys, evaluating case strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations to meet the best interests of clients.
- Proficiency in Law, including understanding of legal principles and procedural practices
- Knowledge and experience in Labor and Employment Law
