A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT SHIFT MANAGER
Our Restaurant Shift Manager plays a critical role in our restaurant's success. In this role, you provide support for our General Manager to help ensure we are maintaining high-quality food, service, and sanitation.
You accurately follow our operational and administrative business processes, tools, and systems to help maximize sales and profit performance while delivering desired results.
Being a strong leader, you are diligent to foster a team-oriented atmosphere that involves everyone working together to provide exceptional customer service.
When considering the growth and development of your team, you are hands-on when assisting with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing a best-in-class team! At the end of the day, you are proud to help lead a phenomenal restaurant team!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Prior restaurant management experience
- Current driver's license with proof of automobile insurance
