Primary Purpose of the Organization:

Primary Purpose of the Position:
The Admissions Marketing Coordinator supports the Office of Admissions recruitment and enrollment efforts through the coordination, development, and implementation of admissions marketing and communications initiatives across multiple platforms. This position assists with managing prospective student communications throughout the recruitment funnel, including inquiry, application, admission, and enrollment stages.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Knowledge skills and abilities:

- Ability to handle several projects at once with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and skills in web design using content management systems.
- Ability to create graphics and images that meet Admission goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or enrollment-related functions.
- Demonstrated experience independently managing marketing campaigns, communication workflows, or digital strategy is required.
