Fayetteville Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to students who meet eligibility requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The Occupational Therapist will support students across multiple campuses within the district, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student access, participation, and success in the educational environment. Key responsibilities include: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and services to students in accordance with IDEA guidelines; develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals; collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers; participate in eligibility, IEP, and reevaluation meetings; maintain appropriate documentation, service logs, and compliance records; support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills necessary for school participation, and travel between assigned school sites within the district.
