Elementary School Principal (Pre-K through Grade 5)
Fayetteville-Perry Local Schools is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Elementary School Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence, positive school culture, and the overall success of both students and staff.
We are looking for an individual who: Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills Communicates effectively with students, staff, parents, and the community Is highly visible and actively engaged within the school and community Fosters a supportive, collaborative, and positive learning environment Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement and student achievement
Previous administrative experience as a principal is preferred, but not required.
