Fayetteville High School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one social coaching and behavioral support to an elementary-aged student. Key responsibilities include: Deliver individualized behavioral and social coaching to a student based on established goals and behavioral plans. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and support teams to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions. Monitor and document student progress regularly. Implement behavior support strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Interested applicants must hold a current RBT certification or willingness to obtain the credential upon hire and a minimum of 60 college credit hours or a passing score on the Paraprofessional Praxis Exam.
