Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Fayetteville Ford is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in expanding our used car inventory. You will be responsible for managing the entire vehicle acquisition process, from initial lead contact to final purchase, ensuring compliance with our acquisition program and delivering outstanding customer service to sellers in the Fayetteville community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to and manage incoming leads from various online platforms, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
• Proactively identify and engage private sellers utilizing all available resources.
• Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle appraisals at our Fayetteville location.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, reviewing condition reports and assessing market value.
• Interact professionally with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone, building rapport and trust.
• Utilize sound judgment, market research, and excellent interpersonal skills to present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient acquisition process, striving to meet the "check within an hour".
• Refer customers interested in trading in their vehicles to the appropriate sales team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vehicle acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly self-motivated and work independently to achieve targets.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Excellent communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Experience and comfort working with technology and various software applications.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions regarding vehicle purchases.
• Must possess a valid Georgia driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to make a high volume of calls, texts, and emails daily to procure used vehicles.

Pay: $5,300.00 - $8,800.00 per month
