Responsibilities:
Submit and track Medicaid applications via Gateway and GAMMIS
Guide families through documentation and spend down requirements
Coordinate with Medicaid caseworkers and state agencies for approvals and appeals
Collaborate with legal, hospice, and corporate billing teams to resolve issues and ensure timely approvals
