JOB GOAL: A Payroll Coordinator/Benefits Specialist's primary goal is to ensure that employees are paid
accurately and on time as well as completing all of the duties of benefits. This involves managing payroll processing, maintaining employee records,
ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies, processing benefits deductions and payments, resolving any payroll-related issues, and other benefits-related tasks.
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
-3- 5 years of payroll processing experience
-Proficiency in using payroll software, spreadsheets, and other computer applications
-Attention to detail, organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills
