- Position: Special Education Teachers (Learning and Behavior Disorders / Moderate & Severe Disorder Certified)

What You’ll Do
- Personalize Learning: Plan and implement curricula tailored to the unique needs, interests, and abilities of your students.
- Create Culture: Build a classroom environment that is safe, conducive to learning, and respectful of student maturity.
- Collaborate: Work alongside parents, district specialists, and instructional aides to ensure a holistic approach to student success.
- Diagnose & Adapt: Regularly assess student progress and diagnose specific learning needs to adjust instructional techniques.
- Lead: Supervise and mentor instructional aides and volunteers to maximize classroom impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
- Certification: Valid Teaching Certification for Special Education (LBD or MSD)
- Communication: Ability to connect with diverse populations; willingness to learn/use a second language at a novice level is a plus.
