- Provide assistance with cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications related to customer service operations.
