What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Medical Assistant/Transporter position at FAYCO Enterprises, Inc.?
FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. has a Residential Medical Assistant/Transporter position available assisting adults with developmental disabilities. The successful applicant will schedule, support, and transport individuals to doctor's appointments, coordinate appointments with residential homes, distribute documentation, pass medications, and other similar duties.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift, 40 hour per week position with excellent fringe benefits.
Requirements:
*Must be at least 21 years old
*Must have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
*Must be able to lift
*Must be able to pass Department of Human Services required background checks
*Must meet requirements to become trained to pass medication under the supervision of the RN Nurse Trainer
Wage Information:
$19.00 per hour
Paid training to become a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
$1.00 per hour increase after completion of Medication Training with the RN Nurse Trainer
