We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Fay. You will be a critical partner to the CEO, ensuring they are running at peak efficiency. As Executive Assistant, you'll play a central role in keeping the CEO organized, informed, and prepared—acting as a trusted gatekeeper and scheduler.

About this Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Fay. You will be a critical partner to the CEO, ensuring they are running at peak efficiency. As Executive Assistant, you'll play a central role in keeping the CEO organized, informed, and prepared—acting as a trusted gatekeeper and scheduler.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, ensuring time is aligned to the highest priorities and enabling focus time for strategic work
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Handle travel logistics and other administrative tasks to help the CEO stay focused
- Act as a communication bridge for the CEO, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear, concise information flow
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to stay aligned on planning priorities
- 4 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, ideally supporting a startup CEO or senior executive
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ruthlessly organized — you anticipate needs before they arise
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with grace and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're clear, concise, and professional
- You have good judgement, high integrity, and a low-ego, no-task-too-small mindset
