What You’ll Do
• Target and build relationships with decision-makers at commercial, multifamily, medical, retail, and warehouse properties across NWA & the River Valley
• Sell maintenance, snow, and enhancement services that save clients money long term
• Drive outbound sales through calls, networking, and in-person meetings
• Deliver proposals, close new contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding with operations
• Report directly to the Sales Director

Key Performance Goals
• Sell $1,000,000 in new contracts annually
• Build enhancement plans with new contracts to grow the book of business by an additional 25%
• Sell jobs at a minimum 45% gross margin
• Achieve a 97% renewal rate in collaboration with Account & Maintenance Managers
