This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Hartford County, CT. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering impactful sales presentations, driving new business development, and identifying sales opportunities. The role requires working closely with customers to understand their product needs, provide solutions, and ensure exceptional service while meeting sales and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate product value
- Strong Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to foster long-term client partnerships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the industrial, aerospace, or related sectors
