Responsibilities
- Execute daily solventless production according to established SOPs.
- Prepare cannabis biomass, ice, water, equipment, and processing materials.
- Operate commercial ice-water extraction and agitation equipment.
- Monitor and document processing parameters including batch weights, water temperature, processing time, agitation settings, and collection yields.
- Perform sequential washes and properly identify and separate collections.
- Handle and process hash through filtration, drying, grading, and preparation for pressing.
- Operate rosin presses and associated equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain consistent product quality and production standards.
- Accurately weigh, label, and document all materials and finished products..
