Part-Time Shipping & Warehouse Assistant — Fawn Lily Botanica (West Eugene, OR)

Fawn Lily Botanica is a small e-commerce business in Eugene, Oregon, specializing in plant-based skincare and natural bath accessories. We're looking for a part-time Shipping & Warehouse Assistant to join us in our warehouse - someone fast, accurate, and dependable who takes pride in getting orders out the door on time and looking beautiful.

This is a great fit for someone who wants a flexible, part-time job and enjoys being part of a small business as it grows.

Hours & Schedule

• Averages 10-20 hours per week, with lighter weeks and additional hours during our busy season.
• Must be available weekday daytimes [e.g., Mon-Fri, mornings/early afternoons]. Schedule is flexible once fully trained.
• Hiring immediately - we're heading into our busiest time of year.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately
• Create and print shipping labels
• Verify order accuracy and inspect items for damage before they ship
• Deliver packages to USPS, UPS, and FedEx locations
• Keep the warehouse clean, stocked, and organized
• Report low inventory on products and packaging materials
• Help out with other tasks as needed - production, labeling, stocking, inventory counts. As a small business, the work can vary depending on current needs.

Performance Expectations (please read carefully)

Because we're a small team, on-time and accurate shipping is critical to our business. In this role:

• Orders ship on time - within our promised 2-3 day turnaround timeframe.
• Accuracy & visual appearance - every order is verified against the packing slip before it goes out to ensure that the correct item(s) are sent. Our products are made and packaged with care, and they should look their best when they arrive.
• Pace matters - many of our orders are small (often 1–4 items), and we work at a steady & efficient average of 12-15 orders per hour once trained. Speed and accuracy are necessary.

We track these, and we'll coach and support you to hit them - but they're the core of the job, so please only apply if this is a pace and standard you're confident you can meet.

• Picking/packing/shipping experience preferred; other relevant warehouse or hands-on experience considered

Requirements

• Able to stand for the full shift, do repetitive tasks, and use packaging tools (tape dispenser, etc.)
• Able to lift and move packages and materials
• Dependable transportation and a valid license - you'll use your own vehicle for carrier drop-offs (with mileage reimbursement)

Compensation

• $17–19/hr, depending on experience, plus an employee discount - with room to grow for the right person.
