This is a full-time, on-site Growth Marketer role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Growth Marketer will focus on driving customer acquisition through innovative growth strategies, analyzing marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, identifying new opportunities, and utilizing marketing and web analytics tools. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and execute data-driven initiatives designed to expand the customer base and boost engagement.
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies to expand the user base and drive business outcomes.
- Experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
- Strong knowledge in Lead Generation techniques to build and maintain a steady pipeline of potential customers.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in identifying trends, evaluating KPIs, and optimizing campaigns based on actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and other experimental approaches to growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
