What You’ll Bring:
· 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
· High school diploma or GED
· Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
· Ability to work 45–50 hours weekly, including rotating weekends if needed
· Comfortable using computers; Metrc experience is a plus
· Detail-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
· Commitment to SOPs, accuracy, and accountability
