Compensation: $77,376-$89,572 annually, depending on experience, plus full benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus!
Available Positions:
• Hospice Homecare RN Case Manager – Topeka, KS | Full-Time | Days (8am-5pm) | Flexible self-scheduling, occasional on-call
• Hospice Homecare RN Case Manager – Lawrence, KS | Full-Time | Days (8am-5pm) | Flexible self-scheduling, occasional on-call
• Hospice Admissions RN – Topeka, KS | Full-Time | Days (8am-5pm) | Occasional on-call
• Inpatient Hospice RN – Topeka, KS | Full-Time | Days (7am-7pm, 36 hrs/week)
• Inpatient Hospice RN – Topeka, KS | Part-Time | Nights (7pm-7am, 24 hrs/week)
Job Duties:
• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients and their families
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Manage symptoms and support comfort and quality of life
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and services
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patients and families through end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Requirements:
• Active RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hospice, palliative care, acute care, home health, or case management experience preferred but willing to train
