Location: Overland Park, KS Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, Daytime hours

The Mental Health Clinical Manager will join a groundbreaking early childhood mental health collaborative supporting infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their families. The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, direct therapeutic services, and supervision for mental health providers and family support staff within partner early education centers. This role helps lead universal behavioral health screenings, develop intervention plans, and ensure integrated, trauma-informed care using the Sanctuary Model.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to children, families, and center team members
• Supervise mental health staff, interns, and support roles (5-8 staff members)
• Will hold a small case load (3-5)
• Oversee behavioral health screenings and data collection
• Guide treatment planning, crisis intervention, and best-practice service delivery
• Partner with early childhood centers to support children, families, and educators
• Ensure documentation accuracy and program compliance
• Participate in grants, reporting, and occasional after-hours meetings
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Clinical licensure eligibility in Missouri & Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, LCMFT)
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience working with early childhood populations
