Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, supervise clinical staff, and promote high-quality, patient-centered care. This role serves as a liaison between medical providers and staff while ensuring efficient, collaborative clinic operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
• Supervise and support clinical staff
• Coordinate day-to-day clinic services and workflows
• Serve as a liaison between medical staff and other clinical team members
• Promote a positive patient experience and high-quality patient care
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and multidisciplinary staff
• Help ensure efficient clinic operations while supporting cost-control initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current RN or LPN license required
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in an ambulatory care / outpatient clinic setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and multidisciplinary staff
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred, but not required
