About Favor On-Demand
Favor On-Demand is preparing for launch in San Francisco while building early Helper communities throughout Northern California.
We're building a new kind of platform where people can post everyday tasks—and local Helpers can choose to complete them and get paid.
From errands and moving help to creative and business support, Favor On-Demand connects real people with real help.
We are currently selecting a limited number of Founding Helpers in San Francisco before our public launch.
What This Opportunity Is
This is flexible, on-demand work—not a traditional job.
As a Favor On-Demand Helper, you:
- Choose the tasks you want
- Decide when you work
- Accept tasks based on your schedule
The person requesting help sets the price—you decide whether to accept it.
There are:
- No fixed schedules
- No required hours
- No minimum commitments

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- Reliable and professional
- Able to work independently
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must provide your own tools and transportation when required for specific tasks
Background Check
To help maintain a safe and trusted marketplace:
- All Helpers are required to complete a background check during onboarding.
- Helpers are responsible for paying the background check fee during onboarding.
- Founding Helper Incentive: The first 100 eligible Helpers who successfully complete $300 or more in eligible paid task volume will receive reimbursement of their background check fee.
- Eligibility is subject to successful task completion, account verification, and compliance with the Favor On-Demand Terms of Service.
Pay & Flexibility
- Pay is set per task by the person requesting help.
- You choose which tasks you want to accept.
- No guaranteed hours or earnings.
- Earnings depend on the number of tasks you complete and local demand.

Favor On-Demand is a technology marketplace that connects people requesting services with independent Helpers.
Helpers are independent contractors—not employees of Favor On-Demand.
Favor On-Demand does not guarantee task availability, hours, or income.
