Position Title: Family Peer Support Triage & Scheduling Coordinator Program/Department: Family Peer Support Program Classification: Direct Service Staff, Non-Management FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Salary: $31,044 Percent Effort: 100% (30 hours/week with full-time benefits) Work Location: FAVOR Central Office Supervisor: Director of Peer Support Services---Position SummaryThe Family Peer Support Triage & Scheduling Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for families referred to the Family Peer Support Program. This role is responsible for contacting brief referrals, verifying information, determining service eligibility, and scheduling consultations with Family Peer Support Specialists (FPSS). The Coordinator must demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills while working with families during potentially stressful situations.---Key Responsibilities· Contact all brief referrals in a timely manner· Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking services· Verify demographic and referral information· Determine appropriate service pathway (Family Peer Support Services or Fast Track)· Schedule consultations with the appropriate Family Peer Support Specialist based on geographic area· Accurately document referral activity, including:o Scheduled consultation dateso Length of phone conversationso Messages left or unsuccessful contact attemptso Disconnected or non-working phone numbers· Complete data entry as required· Maintain accurate and complete electronic records· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Peer Support Services---Performance Standards & Qualifications· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook· Ability to maintain accurate, complete, and organized electronic files· Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse families, providers, and FAVOR staff· Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills· Bilingual speaking ability is a plus
