What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Supervisor / Tea Associate position at Fava Tea Company, Appleton?
Fava Tea Company is a family owned and operated small, Wisconsin-based business and we are seeking a part-time Floor Supervisor / Tea Associate Keyholder for our Appleton location. No late or early morning hours! We also set scheduling for the month, so no more guessing on what your schedule will be beyond next week. We work with our Associates to be flexible with scheduling; there are some weekends required with this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Working the sales floor and helping guests make purchases perfect for themselves or purchasing gifts for others.
- Working with inventory and stocking the sales floor ensuring the sales floor looks appealing and back-end supplies are stocked for operational effectiveness.
- Working with and supporting the manager, assistant manager, other key holders and secondary associates to ensure the sales and product operations are running smoothly.
- Uphold the philosophy of the organization and serve as a model to other keyholders and secondary associates on the proper running of the store.
- Able to give feedback for improvement when necessary to make sure the organization is running smoothly.
- Responsible for some evening closings including making nightly deposits, cash handling and ensuring the store is clean and displays are organized in a visually appealing manner.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and take on more responsibility is a must. Must be reliable, mature and possess a keen sense of attention to detail. Must be at least 18-years of age and have a clean driving record.
