## Required Qualifications
* Associate degree, technical diploma, skilled-trades certification, or equivalent practical experience in robotics, automation, electrical technology, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial robots or automated manufacturing equipment.
* Experience with PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
* Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial control circuits.
* Working knowledge of sensors, motors, drives, safety circuits, pneumatic systems, and industrial automation equipment.

* Siemens PLC experience.
* Experience with automated assembly equipment, conveyors, testing systems, or Poka-Yoke/error-proofing systems.
* Experience supporting equipment launches, installations, or major equipment modifications.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance practices.
I would specifically call out Siemens as preferred, not required. Your Seating overview says FORVIA Seating facilities heavily use Siemens controls, while also noting that Siemens talent is harder to find in the U.S. than Allen-Bradley talent.
