We’re hiring a HSE Manager.
Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a HSE Manager for its manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN to guarantee, according to national legislation, the respect, and the enforcement of the Group's HSE policy.
You’ll work on challenges that matter.
This job will require you to:
- Analyze the site risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions, the level of industrial safety, and respect of the environment.
- Propose an annual HSE action plan to the site management.
- Coach and support the site management and employees.
- Participate in Faurecia's HSE network.
- Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations.
- Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (FR0t, environmental data).
- Organize and drive HSE audits and trainings.
- Carry out accident investigations and drive corrective actions.
The ideal candidate.
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years’ HSE experience in a plant or in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of HSE tools and methods: AMDEC, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001.
- Knowledge of local, regional, and national regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- General knowledge of automotive production plant technologies.

Salary : $77,800 - $98,500
