Circulation Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and train a team of carriers
- Develop and implement procedures for distribution and delivery of products
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze distribution and delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels
- Work with internal staff / Publisher to help increase and / or strategically align circulation of both products
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
About the role:
- Hybrid work schedule. We are open to a hybrid schedule with some days working at home and some days in the office.
- Salary. This is a full-time position and pay will depend on experience. The target salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000 per year.

Circulation Manager Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in circulation management or related field
- Proven experience leading and managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
