Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant Certification is highly preferred.
- Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited organization by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) is required within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred.
