Faulkton Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. If you are a caring and compassionate LPN who is focused on elevating the quality of life of others through the care you provide, we'd love an opportunity to work with you.
Job Highlights:
- Starting pay $26/hr, increases depending on experience
- $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)
- Full-time and part-time
- Every other weekend/holiday rotation
- Ability to work in Aberdeen and Faulkton (mileage reimbursement available for those working at both locations)

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Charge Nurse, you will provide nursing leadership to the clinical team assigned to one or more units, and directing the overall operations of the clinical team to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
