The primary role of this individual is to assist the head coach in establishing and executing a team philosophy centered on growing young women, spiritually, intellectually, physically, and professionally. Summary Of Duties
- Assist with budget management
- Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions
- Coordinate practice schedules and travel arrangements
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of the softball program
- Recruit and retain high quality, missionally aligned student athletes
- Help organize camps, clinics, community events, and other revenue-support opportunities
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience required; collegiate experience preferred
- Frequent evening and weekend hours, and travel
