CNC Operator / CAD-CAM Programmer

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator with CAD/CAM knowledge to join our custom architectural woodworking team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining woodworking expertise with technology and precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery
• Create and modify CAD drawings and production files
• Generate CAM programs for manufacturing
• Process custom cabinetry and architectural millwork components
• Troubleshoot machine and programming issues
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams
• Assist in cabinet production as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC operating experience
• Experience in cabinet manufacturing or architectural woodworking
• Proficiency with:
• SketchUp
• AutoCAD (preferred)
• CAD/CAM software
• Experience using Mozaic or comparable woodworking CNC software
• Ability to read shop drawings and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour
