We are seeking a Seasonal Clerical Position to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service
- Assist office manager with processing tax returns and other work product for clients.
- Assist office manager with maintaining the firm's confidential electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist office manager with purchasing and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks at the direction of the office manager.
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Filing
- Previous experience in tax office administration, office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is strongly preferred
- Job begins December 29th and ends on April 15th
- 40 hours per week, with a possibility of overtime pay
- Some weekends are required closer to deadlines
- Reliability is a must
