Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Provide recommendations for food and beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server or related role preferred
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
