About Us
Fatto a Mano is a neighborhood Italian pasta shop specializing in fresh handmade pasta, authentic Italian recipes, and genuine hospitality.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to be part of a small team that cares about quality food and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests
- Take orders accurately using our POS system
- Answer customer questions about our menu
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Keep the dining room and counter clean and organized
- Package takeout orders
- Assist with light food preparation when needed
- Help create a warm and friendly atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of customer service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant experience preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for food and hospitality
Schedule
Part-time
Thursday through Sunday
430pm until 900pm
